"Totally out of touch. Prices are seriously farsical. Bric bric ridiculous, clothing marked as 'designer labels' are mostly chain store mass produced pieces at prices often the same as buying them new on sale. It's a great cause, but all the Lifeline stores need someone more in touch to do their pricing. There must be a massive amount of stuff that doesn't get sold - does it go to landfill? Put your prices down, Lifeline. You'd sell a lot more. And please, rid yourself of the 'Prues and Trus' who volunteer, looking down their noses at customers - they don't do much for your image either. "

"Appalling- Firstly, You would get a better bargains at TKmax (trade secret) B grade brands on racks marked “15 dollars and over” - Target / Big W brands with tags averaged $8 - $15 - basic tees with labels priced by Kmart for $5 had been marked by lifeline for $4. Customer service was disgusting! I had my two children with me 5yrs and 2yrs who were playing and and reading books in the “kids section” The women volunteering on this day had no patience or compassion telling my children they were “naughty” For playing in what should be a non judgmental environment for struggling families & individuals. Comments were made about my children and bickering between volunteers. Goods such as books and boxed toys were taken off my children by the volunteers with attitude and unnecessary remarks. My kids were not loud, nor did they damaging any goods. I Beleive that everyone in store needs to step out side and take a look the sign hanging above the shop, You are a “non for profit CHARITY” not a couture boutique. "

"I was quite disappointed by the pricing of clothes in this store. I found the average price of basic shirts to be $5-$7 even stained clothing. Many clothes were marked from $12-$20. I ended up leaving the shop and going to the Awl op shop and bought clothing for $1 and $2 each. "
